Don’t miss your chance to exhibit at the premier surgical conference for South and North Carolina. The 2026 SC/NC ACS Joint Annual Meeting will be returning to the spectacular Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC.

The Planning Committee has put together a fantastic program covering many different specialties and areas of interest in the surgical community. Speakers and attendees will include leaders from the American College of Surgeons as well as faculty and surgeon leaders from the elite medical institutions in the Carolinas. We are seeking your support as we welcome 180+ attendees from across the Carolinas to engage in this educational event featuring bariatrics, cancer, trauma, MIS, general surgery, and many other topics. Room Block

Exhibitors are invited to take advantage of the group room rate of the group guestrooms at Wild Dunes Resort: $349 daily++ ($413 with 16% resort fee, excluding taxes)

The room block closes on Tuesday, July 23rd.

Please note:

• Run of House Guest Rooms: Guests who select Boardwalk Inn guestrooms will be assigned as a Run of House guest. Please keep in mind the contracted room type is run of house so the specific hotel/bedding is not guaranteed.

• Sweetgrass Inn Guest Rooms: Guests who select Sweetgrass Inn guestrooms will be assigned in the Sweetgrass Inn. Please keep in mind the specific bedding is not guaranteed.

If there are any guests that need specific bedding or have a hotel preference, please call the reservations team to make sure those requests can be taken care of.
