The American College of Surgeons announces the following research awards for U.S. and Canadian members:
George H.A. Clowes, Jr., MD, FACS Memorial Research Career Development Award
Five-year scholarship providing $45,000 per year in support of the research of a promising young general surgeon-scholar. K08 or K23 NIH track candidates preferred.

Resident Research Scholarships
Two-year research scholarships providing $30,000 per year to encourage residents to pursue careers in academic surgery.

Faculty Research Fellowships
Two-year fellowships awarding $40,000 per year in support of young surgeons entering academic careers in surgery.
